A True Whisper

Millions and millions 

years of experience

trying to flourish us! 

And yet, we're still ignorant 

with subtle words…

Perhaps there is a book

a dogma 

               from nations' love

blurring the mind 

                             from that which is in front;

Thought tells us lies

having a bird in a cage, 

an invisible one 

                         forcing it to sing to like;

Hence, here we are

under God's rain;

sun and wind,

and a true whisper from Earth.
