A Song of Decadence

During the annual Jerusalem Prayer Breakfast that gathers religious leaders around the world to talk about their commitment to current conflicts, we’ve got the copy of this year’s prayer:

I mourned with those who said to me,

“let us invade and colonize the house of Palestine.”

Our legions are standing

In your gates, Jerusalem.

Jerusalem shall be built upon a Gaza

That is closely erased from the Earth.

That is where our colonizers go up,

The invaders of Sion,

To impose the name of El

According to the Great Israel plan given by Bibi.

There stand the bombs of judgement,

The thrones of the house of decadence.

Pray for the hostility in Jerusalem:

“May those who hate find no hiding.

May there be war within your walls

And brutality within your citadels.”

For the sake of my illusions and enemies,

I will say, “war be within you.”

For the sake of the house of Sion,

I will seek your deprivation.
